Returns & Refunds Policy – Important Information


Returns

We check all our products before sending them out. If you get a product in any of the below conditions, let us know within 30 days:

30 DAY RETURN POLICY: ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS:

• You can return your product within 30 days if it's Damaged, Leaking, Tampered, Broken, or the Package is damaged.
• If you got the wrong product.
• If the product is expired.
• If your order is incomplete or missing items.

NOT ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURN:

• If you've opened, used, or changed the products.
• If the original packaging is missing.
• If you request a return more than 4 days after getting the product.
• If you report damage or missing items more than 4 days after delivery.
• If you want to return the product for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.
• If you didn't like the taste or had any other personal issues with the product.

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN:

• Tell us within 30 days of getting your product. Email us pictures at hello@plantifycare.com.
• We'll check your request within 24 hours.
• If the product is damaged beyond use, we'll ask you to throw it away and send you a replacement.
• If we can't pick up the product, you'll need to ship it back. We'll pay for the shipping.
• Once we get your product, we'll check it and give you a replacement or refund.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS IF:

• You damaged the product.
• You gave us the wrong shipping address.
• You used part of the product and then wanted to return it.
• You didn't follow the returns policy.

REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN IF:

• We don't have the product in stock.
• Your address isn't serviceable.
• You followed the returns policy.
• The product is in good condition and not tampered with.
• You accidentally paid twice for one order.

Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel your order by emailing us at hello@plantifycare.com before we ship it. Once shipped, you can't cancel.
• Cancelled orders take 5 to 7 days to refund.
• There are no fees for returns or replacements. But if you want a more expensive replacement, you'll need to pay the difference.
• Refunds go back to the same account used for payment. It takes 3-5 days after we get the product.
• For Cash On Delivery, refunds go to the bank account you provided. It also takes 3-5 days after we get the product.
• Replacement products are shipped within 3-5 working days after approval.
